It teaches you the ways of balancing the body. Balancing can be very difficult especially when you change positions from time to time. However, instructors or teachers are paid to help you with this and that should not be a problem at all. The least you can do is to participate in the classes.

This also brings fitness. Your body would sweat regularly and that is one sign of great health. It shall be paired with diet since it could be pointless if it is only sweating. Understand that every time you move, you sweat and that will always be a good thing. Consider this and nothing can go wrong.
